Refund and Returns Policy

At JFE TRADING INC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Return Window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
1.2 Condition of Products. Returned items must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
  • In the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and parts included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or invoice)

1.3 Non-Returnable Items. We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
  • Consumables (e.g., cleaning kits, batteries) once opened
  • Special/custom orders, clearance items, or gift cards
  • Software, downloads, or digital goods

2. Return Authorization

2.1 RMA Required. To initiate a return, contact us at support@onetelescope.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
2.2 Return Shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. JFE is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds

3.1 Processing. Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned product and confirm eligibility.
3.2 Refund Method. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
3.3 Deductions.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
  • A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply for opened or non-resalable items.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for instructions.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 Inspection. Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
5.2 Claims. Report damage or defects to support@onetelescope.com within 5 business days of delivery, including photos and your order details.

6. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned goods are received and inspected.
